Vanesa Sturba

Vanesa Sturba co-founded Monera Capital Group and serves as Credit Products Officer, a role she's held for the past seven years alongside overseeing the company's operations. She leads the underwriting process from end to end, reviewing credit reports, bank statements, and cash flow to assess a merchant's ability to repay, then structuring funding offers that balance risk with competitive pricing. She also manages relationships with the investors and partners who help fund Monera's deals.

Before Monera, Vanesa co-founded a translation company, working across languages and industries to help clients communicate clearly. She holds an MBA from the University of Miami, is fluent in English and Spanish, and is Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certified. Outside of work, Vanesa is passionate about giving back to her community and believes in building meaningful relationships through service, integrity, and collaboration.
