What started as a focused operation in Fort Lauderdale has grown into a nationwide funding partner trusted by businesses in every major industry. We deployed our first $10 million in funding within 18 months of opening. To date, we've deployed over $43 million in working capital helping business owners cover payroll, purchase equipment, manage cash flow, and seize growth opportunities when they matter most.

Vanesa Sturba co-founded Monera Capital Group and serves as Credit Products Officer, overseeing underwriting, operations, and investor relationships. She holds an MBA from the University of Miami, is fluent in English and Spanish, and is committed to supporting her community.
